Helpful details for bug reports
- Your device and browser (for example, Windows 11 with Chrome, or iPhone with Safari)
- The address of the tool page you used
- The file type and approximate size (for example, HWP, 2 MB)
- Any error message shown on the screen
Please do not send us your documents. The Service is designed never to receive your files. If a file is truly needed to reproduce a problem, send only a sample with all personal and confidential content removed.
